"A consistently delicious traditionally made blanc de blancs sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and aged on the lees for a minimum of two years. It pours with a vigorous mousse and a nose of toasted/creamy vanilla, brioche, golden apple, ripe pear and subtle lemon peel. It has gorgeous texture and verve on the palate with an elegant bead to carry the toasty vanilla, pear/apple notes, touch of citrus, baked bread all leading to a crisp, fresh finish. Great bubbly at this price point." 92 Points -- Rick VanSickle, www.winesinniagara.com, May 2021
"Pale straw in colour’ active mousse of tiny bubbles; apple nose with a toasty note; medium-bodied, dry, crisp, elegant with a mineral-tinged, long, fresh, lemony finish." 90 Points -- Tony Aspler, www.tonyaspler.com, May 2021

"This is a crystalline pale-yellow shaded sparkling gem with vivid tiny beads rising to the top of the glass and lifting delicate aromas of pear, lemon rind, brioche and slate minerality. A dense and soft-like-meringue froth fills the palate with yellow apple and pear flavours adorned with a layer of lemon curd, a touch of vanilla and finishing on a beautiful crisp and airy mineral note. This can further evolve with additional cellaring but why wait, it is so gorgeous right now. Enjoy on its own or with seafood salad or grilled halibut under a squeeze of lemon" 93 Points -- Louise Boutin, www.winecurrent.com, June 2021
